Sit facing the pad on a pec deck machine, adjusting the seat so the handles are at shoulder height.
Grip the handles with a neutral or overhand grip, arms extended in front of you with a slight elbow bend.
Open your arms by squeezing your rear deltoids and pulling the handles out and back in a reverse fly motion.
Continue until your arms are roughly in line with your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control against the resistance.
